ABSTRACT: The Digital Era generates transformations and opportunities in people's daily lives the different branches of activity. act buying, studying or even health care is process evolution. Telemedicine its aspects, such as Teleconsultation, appear alternatives connected to this new reality. Based on study, objective was identify existing technologies applicable Teleconsultation practices doctor-patient interaction. For this, research carried out articles for theoretical foundation, well patent bases analyze technological trends that are being developed. It found theme agenda academic political discussions about perspectives during after pandemic COVID-19. As a result, there need regulation, creation service protocols, greater data security, prospecting interaction platforms, applications smart frugal technologies. KEYWORDS: Telemedicine.
